  • An action-packed 2 day course for students ages 7-18yrs (2pm live show for family & friends on final day).
  • Unique opportunity to play & perform in professional studios & venues
  • Students will learn to play songs they love, develop skills on their instrument (or voice) and perform an epic, live concert for family and friends.
COST: £199  - x2 days. Lunch inc.

The act of learning how to play songs and perform them live has been proven to provide the ultimate confidence booster, as well as improve musical proficiency.

We have a vast range of high-level, experienced teachers who’ve played alongside artists such as Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Jessie J, Ellie Golding.

There is inspiration & excitement for music that can only be found playing in a band. Our camps not only broaden musical perspective but give students a chance to take their skills out of the bedroom or classroom into a more social arena.

  • Payment info will be sent to you following registration (please note that a place is not confirmed until the course fees have been received).
  • Lunch provided both days.
  • Students are required to bring their own instruments.
  • Students will be sent x3 songs to learn prior to Camp.
  • Backing tracks will be used for live performance; students required to bring their own earphones/headphones.

FAQs

How old do I need to come to SOR Band Camp?
Most of our bands are made up of students between ages 7-18yrs but we also offer music programs for adults. Contact us today for further info.

Do I need to play an instrument?
Yes, unless you are a vocalist

How much experience do I need?
We require our students to have a minimum of 12months tuition on their instrument before the joining our Band Camp. Contact us for further info.

Who will I be in a band with?
Bands are formed by age, skill level and instrument/vocal to ensure all of our students have the best learning experience. If you want to be in a band with a friend, make sure you let us know when you sign up.
How many members and what instruments will be in my band?
Each band has between 4-6 members with drums, guitar, keys, bass and vocals.

What songs will we play?
A mix of pop/rock covers. We accept song suggestions from students at least two weeks prior to camp.

Do you accept any instrument?
Yes, we cater for any instrument with adequate notice.

Do I have to be a SOR student to join?
No, we accept all students with adequate experience
